These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Royal Chance Lottery website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Royal Chance Enterprises Pty Ltd ("Royal Chance," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

• "Ticket" means a lottery entry purchased through our Services.
• "Draw" means the process of selecting winning numbers for a lottery game.

• "App" refers to the Royal Chance Lottery mobile applications.

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or terminate your Account if satisfactory proof is not provided.

2.2 Residency Requirements

Our Services are intended for use by residents of Australia. You may only participate in our lottery games if you are physically located in Australia at the time of purchase. Certain restrictions may apply based on state or territory regulations.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are prohibited from participating in our lottery games:

• Employees of Royal Chance Enterprises Pty Ltd and their immediate family members
• Directors and officers of Royal Chance Enterprises Pty Ltd
• Contractors directly involved in the operation of lottery games
• Persons prohibited from gambling under applicable laws
• Persons who have self-excluded from gambling activities

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an Account. When creating an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

3.2 Identity Verification

We may require you to verify your identity to comply with regulatory requirements, particularly when making deposits, withdrawals, or claiming prizes. This may include providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documentation.

3.3 One Account Per Person

You may only maintain one Account with our Services. Creating or using multiple Accounts is prohibited and may result in the termination of all your Accounts and forfeiture of any prizes.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access to your Account if you fail to secure your login credentials or notify us promptly of security breaches.

3.5 Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, violations of these Terms, or any illegal activities. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

4.1 Ticket Sales

All ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged except as required by law or at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as displayed on our Website and App. By making a purchase, you warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We reserve the right to verify the validity of payment methods and to refuse or cancel transactions if we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent use.

4.3 Ticket Confirmation

A ticket is only valid when it has been recorded in our system and payment has been confirmed. You will receive a confirmation of your purchase via email or within your Account. It is your responsibility to verify that the details of your ticket are correct.

4.4 Ticket Ownership

Tickets are linked to the Account from which they were purchased. Only the Account holder is entitled to claim any prizes associated with winning tickets. Tickets cannot be transferred to other users or Accounts.

4.5 Subscription Services

If you opt for subscription services, you authorize us to automatically purchase tickets on your behalf for future draws according to your selected preferences. You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Account settings, but such cancellation will only apply to future draws for which tickets have not yet been purchased.

5.1 Draw Schedule

Draw schedules are published on our Website and App. While we strive to conduct draws according to the published schedule, we reserve the right to postpone or reschedule draws due to technical issues, regulatory requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5.2 Draw Process

All draws are conducted using certified random number generation systems that are regularly tested and audited by independent third parties to ensure fairness and randomness. The draw process complies with all applicable regulatory requirements.

5.3 Results Notification

Draw results will be published on our Website and App as soon as practicable after each draw. We may also notify users of results via email or push notifications, but it remains your responsibility to check the results of draws in which you have participated.

5.4 Result Verification

In the event of any discrepancy between published results and the official draw record, the official draw record shall prevail. We reserve the right to correct any errors in published results.

6.1 Prize Structure

The prize structure for each lottery game is published on our Website and App. We reserve the right to modify prize structures for future draws, but such changes will not affect tickets already purchased.

6.2 Prize Notification

If you win a prize, we will notify you via email and/or through your Account. For major prizes, we may attempt to contact you by telephone. However, it remains your responsibility to check your Account and the draw results to determine if you have won a prize.

6.3 Prize Claims

The process for claiming prizes depends on the prize amount:

• Small prizes (under $1,000) are automatically credited to your Account
• Medium prizes ($1,000 - $10,000) require identity verification before being credited to your Account or transferred to your nominated bank account
• Major prizes (over $10,000) require in-person verification and may be subject to additional claim procedures

All prizes must be claimed within 12 months of the draw date, unless otherwise specified. Unclaimed prizes will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

6.4 Tax Obligations

You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from prize winnings. We may be required to report prize payments to tax authorities. For major prizes, we may withhold a portion of the prize for tax purposes as required by law.

6.5 Prize Payment Methods

Prizes may be paid by one or more of the following methods, at our discretion:

• Credit to your Account balance
• Electronic funds transfer to your nominated bank account
• Check or bank draft
• Other methods as determined appropriate for major prizes

7.1 Prohibited Activities

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate draws or results
• Use automated systems or software to interact with our Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems

• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person

7.2 Responsible Gaming

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Royal Chance, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

8.3 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ROYAL CHANCE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ROYAL CHANCE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9.3 Exclusions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
